When Symptoms Don’t Tell the Whole Story, Integrative Psychiatry Looks Deeper

At Flatland Psychiatry, we know there’s more to mental health care than a prescription. Integrative psychiatry takes a broader look at your lifestyle and overall health so we can uncover what’s really driving your symptoms.

Medication can still play a role, but it’s not always the first step. Our goal is to create a plan that fits your unique life and helps you feel better in sustainable ways, and eventually not need services.
